Bundled Global Inc. and/or its affiliates ("Bundled," "we," "us," or "our") provides subscription administration, billing consolidation, account setup and access, and related services through our websites, mobile applications, digital properties, and other services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").
Bundled helps you manage all your subscriptions in one place. When you join, you authorize Bundled to act as your agent for the limited purposes you designate — including setting up, accessing, and managing accounts with third-party subscription providers on your behalf, issuing usernames and email aliases you use to access those accounts, issuing Bundled-controlled payment instruments used to pay for them, and consolidating your billing into a single Bundled charge. Accounts we set up for you are registered to you and remain yours. Bundled is not a reseller of, agent for, or affiliated with any third-party subscription provider, and we do not resell provider services. Provider services are provided by those providers under their own terms.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information in connection with the Services.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect:
- through the Bundled website and app;
- when you sign up for, access, or use the Services;
- when you communicate with us by email, text message, chat, phone, or support channels;
- when you interact with our pages, forms, help center, surveys, waitlists, or marketing communications;
- when we act as your authorized agent in connection with subscription setup, billing, account access, or related account management; and
- when communications are transmitted to Bundled-issued email aliases, phone numbers, or other endpoints we operate.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, services, or platforms that may be linked to, accessed through, or interacted with in connection with the Services. Those third parties have their own privacy policies and terms, and you should review them separately.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information from you, from third parties acting at your direction, from service providers, and automatically through your use of the Services.
Depending on how you use Bundled, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
2.1 Contact and Account Information
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile and other telephone numbers
- Mailing, billing, and correspondence addresses
- Account username
- Password or account authentication information used to access Bundled
- Membership status, account settings, preferences, and communication preferences, including text-message and marketing consent status
2.2 Identity Verification Information
Where necessary for identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, or account security, we may collect:
- date of birth,
- government-issued identification information,
- account-specific verification information,
- or other information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority, where required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or account administration.
2.3 Subscription and Service Information
- Bundle selection, Base Bundle, Add-Ons, upgrades, downgrades, trials, and plan configuration
- Services selected through Bundled

2.4 Credentials and Account Access Information
To operate the Services and act as your authorized agent, we may collect, generate, maintain, or process:
- Bundled-issued usernames or email aliases,
- provider-specific login identifiers,
- passwords and temporary or initial passwords we generate for provider accounts,
- one-time passcodes and verification codes, including codes delivered by email or text message,
- password reset links,
- security prompts and answers,
- account verification messages,
- multi-factor authentication information, and
- related access or account-administration data.
Credentials we issue or generate may be shared across the provider accounts we set up for you so that you can access them consistently. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials made available to you and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
2.5 Payment and Transaction Information
- Payment method type, including whether you pay by card, bank account, or another supported method
- Limited payment information, such as card brand, card type, expiration, and last four digits
- Billing postal code, including the billing postal code verified by your card issuer or bank during payment authorization
- Bank account information you provide or authorize for bank-based payment, including routing and account identifiers, account mask, and mandate or authorization records
- Transaction history, invoices, receipts, subscription charges, taxes and fees, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
- Credits, adjustments, promotional codes, coupons, and rewards-related transaction information
- Records relating to Bundled-controlled payment instruments described in Section 6
If you make a purchase through the Services, your payment card details are generally collected and processed by our third-party payment processors and not stored in full on our servers, except as needed through tokenized or limited payment data for billing and account administration.
Use of billing postal code for tax and savings calculations. We use the billing postal code associated with your payment method — including the postal code verified during card authorization — to determine the U.S. state associated with your payment method for purposes of calculating and displaying estimated tax-related and total savings figures, and for fraud prevention. Where you separately provide a mailing or correspondence address, we maintain that address separately from your payment postal code, and we use the payment postal code in preference to a self-reported address for these calculations because it is verified against your payment method. Savings, tax, and rewards figures presented through the Services are estimates for informational purposes only, are calculated using assumptions and third-party data that may be incomplete or change over time, and are not tax advice, an invoice, or a guarantee of any particular amount.
2.6 Communications and Support Information
- Messages you send to us, including by email, text message, chat, phone, and support forms
- Support tickets and help requests
- Survey and onboarding questionnaire responses
- Chat content and chat session records

- records of automated or human-performed setup steps, including timestamps, outcomes, and error or failure information, and
- similar account-management information.
2.8 Device, Usage, and Technical Information

2.10 Rewards and Referral Information

- Payment-timing information used to determine reward eligibility, including whether a payment cleared on its first attempt
- Payment-method information used to determine eligibility for method-specific rewards, such as paying by bank account
- Referral activity, referral source, referred-party status, and referral eligibility
- Fraud or abuse review data related to rewards or referrals
Rewards points have promotional value only, have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable except as we expressly permit, and may be adjusted, reversed, forfeited, or expired in accordance with the applicable program terms, including upon cancellation, refund, chargeback, or suspected abuse.
2.11 Linked Financial Account Information
If you choose to connect financial accounts through a third-party financial data provider such as Plaid, we may receive, subject to your permissions and the products enabled:

- transaction history,
- recurring transaction patterns,

2.12 Cart, Checkout, and Order Information
To operate checkout, complete purchases, resume interrupted sign-ups, and prevent duplicate or failed charges, we may collect and retain:
- the services and bundle configuration you select, including selections you do not complete,
- cart, order, and checkout session records, including status and timestamps,
- records of incomplete or abandoned sign-ups, including the stage at which you stopped,
- resume links and tokens we generate so you can return to an incomplete sign-up,

- records of setup progress after payment, including whether profile information such as a password or date of birth remains outstanding.
If you provide an email address or phone number before completing sign-up, we may use it to send you a link to resume, a reminder, or a promotional offer, subject to Sections 5 and 14.
2.13 Account Scoring, Risk, and Analytics Information
We may generate internal scores, indicators, and analytics about your account for service operation, eligibility, fraud prevention, risk management, retention, and product improvement. These may include indicators relating to payment reliability, engagement, satisfaction, service-administration integrity, and likelihood of cancellation, together with information derived from the categories described in this Section 2. See Section 9 for how we use automated processing and profiling and the choices available to you.
2.14 Other Information You Provide
We may collect any other information you choose to provide to us, upload to the Services, or authorize us to use in connection with your account or account-management requests.
2.15 Information Received Through Bundled Endpoints
Because Bundled-issued email aliases, phone numbers, and similar endpoints are owned and operated by Bundled, communications transmitted to those endpoints are received by Bundled in the ordinary course of our operations. These communications may contain information about you, about other people on a household plan or profile, or about transactions and accounts. We process such communications to deliver the Services and consistent with this Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our receipt and processing of communications addressed to Bundled-issued endpoints, and you authorize us, to the extent permitted by law, to consent on your behalf to recording, transcription, or analysis of communications conducted between Bundled and third-party subscription providers on your behalf where consent of a party to the communication is required.
2.16 Information About Others
If you add another person to a household plan or profile, provide us with another person's contact information, or refer another person to Bundled, you represent that you have the authority and any consent required to do so. You are responsible for informing that person how their information will be used in connection with the Services.
3. Information We Collect from Other Sources
3.1 Third-Party Subscription Providers You Ask Us to Interact With
When you authorize Bundled to act on your behalf, we may receive information from subscription providers, payment-related systems, customer support channels, or account interfaces, including plan details, billing information, service status, verification messages, and provider-side account activity.
3.2 Authentication, Identity, and Payment Partners
We may receive information from vendors that assist with payments, card issuing, fraud prevention, account security, identity verification, risk scoring, and authentication, including postal-code verification results returned during payment authorization.
3.3 Analytics, Infrastructure, and Support Vendors
We may receive usage, device, performance, or account-support-related information from service providers that help us operate the Services, including browser-automation, messaging, and communications vendors.
3.4 Referral or Sponsorship Sources
If you sign up through a referral, employer, property management partner, distribution partner, or similar sponsorship or referral arrangement, we may receive limited information from that source to verify your eligibility or support the relevant offering.
3.5 Public or Lawfully Available Sources
Where appropriate, we may use public or lawfully available information for fraud prevention, compliance, identity validation, or service operations.
3.6 Financial Data Providers and Connected Accounts
If you choose to link a financial account through a provider such as Plaid, we may receive financial account information from that provider or from your financial institution through that provider, subject to the permissions you grant and the products enabled. This may include information relating to multiple linked accounts accessible through one credential set, such as checking, savings, and credit card accounts.
4. Linked Financial Accounts and Plaid
We may offer features that allow you to connect your financial accounts through third-party financial data providers, such as Plaid, in order to identify recurring subscription charges, detect services you may want to bring into Bundled, simplify onboarding, and improve the Services.
If you choose to connect a financial account through such a provider, we may receive, with your permission and subject to the permissions you grant:
- account holder information,
- account details,
- account type,
- balance information,
- transaction history,
- recurring transaction patterns,
- and related financial account metadata.
We may use this information to:
- identify recurring subscription or membership charges,
- suggest subscriptions or services that may be eligible to bring into Bundled,
- help you move selected subscriptions into Bundled,
- personalize your onboarding and recommendations,
- determine eligibility for account-linking rewards,
- improve subscription detection, categorization, and account-administration features,
- and support fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and product analytics.
Plaid's collection and use of your information is described in Plaid's End User Privacy Policy, available at https://plaid.com/legal/ . Plaid is a third party that operates independently of Bundled, and Plaid's data practices are not controlled by this Privacy Policy.
Financial data providers such as Plaid may independently collect, use, and disclose your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and end-user disclosures. Your use of account-linking functionality is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
If you connect a financial account through one set of credentials, the data made available may include information relating to multiple accounts accessible through those credentials, depending on the provider and permissions granted.
Connecting or disconnecting a financial account may affect your eligibility for certain rewards or features. Disconnecting a linked account may limit our ability to identify subscriptions, monitor recurring charges, or provide certain features, and may result in the adjustment or forfeiture of rewards granted in connection with that link.
5. Text Messages, Phone Numbers, and Verification Codes
5.1 Providing Your Phone Number
You may provide a mobile phone number when you create an account, complete your profile, verify your identity, contact support, or enable specific features. Providing a mobile number is voluntary, but some features — including certain security, verification, and account-administration functions — may be unavailable without one.
5.2 Service and Transactional Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and using the Services, you agree that Bundled and its service providers may send you text (SMS) and multimedia (MMS) messages relating to your account and the Services, using automated technology, at the number you provide. These may include:
- one-time passcodes and login or verification codes,
- account, password, and security notifications,
- identity or payment verification requests,
- billing, payment, renewal, failure, and refund notices,
- service setup, activation, change, and cancellation confirmations,
- messages relating to subscription providers we interact with on your behalf,
- links to resume an incomplete sign-up, and
- customer support replies.
These are transactional and service messages sent to operate your account. Where permitted by applicable law, you may continue to receive them while your account is active even if you opt out of marketing messages. If you no longer wish to receive service text messages, you may need to discontinue the Services or the affected features.
5.3 Marketing Text Messages and Consent
Where we offer marketing or promotional text messages, we will obtain your prior express written consent as required by applicable law, separately from any other agreement. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Bundled. Marketing messages may promote bundles, add-ons, offers, rewards, referrals, or reminders about incomplete sign-ups.
5.4 Information You Choose to Supply to Complete a Requested Action
Accounts we set up for you are ordinarily registered to Bundled-issued email aliases, phone numbers, or other endpoints that we own and operate, which you designate for that purpose when you authorize the setup. Account and administrative communications for those accounts are therefore delivered to Bundled directly, in the ordinary course of operating those endpoints, as described in Section 2.15.
In some cases, completing an action you have asked us to take may require information that only you can supply. Where that happens, we will tell you what is needed, and you may choose to provide it through the Services or a support channel we identify to you. Providing it is your choice, and we will not complete the action without it.
Any information you supply for this purpose is used only for the specific action you requested and for related security, troubleshooting, and recordkeeping purposes, and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Protecting your account. Bundled will only ever request information through the Services or a support channel we have identified to you, and will never ask you for your Bundled account password. If you receive an unexpected request that appears to come from Bundled, do not respond to it and contact us at [email protected].
5.5 Message Frequency, Rates, and Carriers
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the actions you request. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging, data, and other rates and fees will apply to messages you send and receive. Bundled is not responsible for carrier charges.
Delivery of text messages is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed, blocked, filtered, misdirected, or undelivered for reasons outside our control, including carrier issues, device settings, spam filtering, network conditions, or number changes. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bundled is not liable for any loss arising from a message that is delayed, not delivered, delivered to the wrong recipient, or intercepted, including a verification code or security notice.
5.6 How to Opt Out or Get Help
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Bundled, or by contacting us at [email protected]. You may receive a single confirmation message after opting out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
Opting out of text messages may prevent us from delivering one-time passcodes, security alerts, or verification codes, which may limit your ability to access your account or authorize actions, and may prevent us from completing account-management steps on your behalf. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email or in-app communications. If you opt out through a particular channel, we may still contact you through another channel where permitted by law.
5.7 Keeping Your Number Current; Reassigned Numbers
You represent that you are the subscriber to, or the customary user of, and are authorized to receive messages at, any phone number you provide to us. You agree to notify us promptly if you stop using a number or if a number you provided is reassigned. You agree to indemnify Bundled for any claims, penalties, or costs arising from messages sent to a number you provided that was not authorized, was reassigned, or was no longer yours, to the extent permitted by law.
5.8 We Do Not Sell or Share Your Number for Marketing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We disclose your number to service providers only as needed to deliver messages, operate the Services, verify identity, prevent fraud, or as otherwise described in Section 10.
5.9 Recording and Monitoring of Calls
Calls with Bundled support may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, or analyzed for quality assurance, training, security, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, and service improvement, where permitted by applicable law and subject to any notice or consent requirements.
6. Bundled-Issued Usernames and Payment Instruments
So that you can manage your subscriptions in one place, Bundled may issue and operate:
- usernames, email aliases, and other identifiers you use to access provider accounts we set up on your behalf; and
- Bundled-controlled payment instruments, including virtual or physical payment cards, used to pay providers on your behalf.
These identifiers and payment instruments are issued, owned, and controlled by Bundled or its issuing partners, are provided for use in connection with the Services, and are not your property. We collect and process information relating to their issuance, activation, use, authorization, decline, settlement, dispute, suspension, and closure, including transaction-level records and associated cost information.
Because Bundled operates these identifiers and payment instruments, communications and transaction records associated with them are received and processed by Bundled in the ordinary course of operations, as described in Section 2.15.
If you stop using the Services, close your account, or move billing away from Bundled, access to Bundled-issued identifiers and payment instruments may be discontinued, and you may need to update login credentials, payment methods, and account settings directly with the relevant providers in order to continue using those services. Bundled is not responsible for any interruption, loss of access, or loss of content, history, entitlements, or data at a provider resulting from that discontinuation.
7. Information We Collect Automatically
We and our service providers may automatically collect information about your interactions with the Services using cookies, pixels, SDKs, APIs, local storage, log files, and similar technologies.
This may include:
- device and browser data,
- pages or screens viewed,
- session duration,
- clicks, taps, and navigation behavior,
- performance and error logs,
- email and message engagement data,
- session replay or interaction recordings, where enabled,

9. AI, Automation, Human Agents, and Profiling
Bundled uses a combination of artificial intelligence, automated systems, and human representatives to support account setup, workflow execution, communications, issue detection, and service optimization. Setup and management steps may be performed by automated means, by a Bundled representative acting on your behalf, or by a combination of both. Where an automated step does not complete, a representative may complete it.
Bundled performs these actions using access you have authorized, on accounts that belong to you. Bundled does not attempt to defeat, bypass, or circumvent technical access-control measures employed by any provider, and does not access any account other than one you have authorized Bundled to access on your behalf.
We do not use your personal information to train public-facing general-purpose AI models unless we specifically disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
We may use AI and automation to:
- Support customer support and workflow efficiency
- Process and route requests
- Detect patterns relevant to managing subscriptions
- Assist with account or billing operations
- Generate task-related outputs
- Generate internal scores and indicators described in Section 2.13
Profiling. We may use automated processing, including profiling, to evaluate eligibility for features, offers, or rewards, to assess fraud and payment risk, to prioritize support, and to personalize recommendations. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you without human involvement, and we do not use profiling to make credit, insurance, employment, housing, or similar eligibility decisions. Where applicable law grants you a right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, you may exercise it as described in Section 15.
Because automated systems can make errors, information presented through the Services may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Savings, tax, rewards, and status figures are estimates for informational purposes and are not advice, an invoice, or a guarantee. You should review information provided through the Services where review is available and contact us if you believe something is inaccurate.
10. How We Disclose Personal Information
10.1 Service Providers and Vendors
We disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, including providers of hosting, databases, analytics, payment processing, card issuing, customer support, email and text messaging, telephony, browser automation, security, authentication, identity verification, infrastructure, and product tooling. These vendors are contractually restricted to using personal information only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
10.2 Subscription Providers and Other Third Parties You Ask Us to Interact With
When you authorize us to act on your behalf, we may disclose personal information to subscription providers and other third parties as necessary to perform the requested actions, including account verification, plan changes, billing administration, cancellations, trials, restarts, and related account management.
Third-party subscription providers receive personal information about you in their capacity as independent third parties, and they process that information for their own purposes under their own privacy policies. They are not service providers, processors, or contractors of Bundled, and Bundled does not control their processing of personal information you direct us to disclose to them on your behalf. Bundled is not responsible for the acts, omissions, security practices, data handling, service availability, or terms of any third-party provider.
10.3 Payment, Banking, and Issuing Partners
We may disclose personal information to payment processors, payment facilitators, issuing or banking partners, and fraud-prevention partners in connection with billing, payment authorization, and the issuance and use of Bundled-controlled payment instruments. This includes our acquiring, issuing, and processing partner Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates.

We may disclose personal information to attorneys, auditors, insurers, consultants, advisors, and similar recipients as reasonably necessary for business, legal, compliance, or transaction purposes.
10.7 Legal Authorities and Others for Legal Reasons
We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to:
- Comply with law or legal process
- Protect rights, property, or safety
- Enforce our agreements
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Respond to lawful government requests
10.8 Corporate Transactions
We may disclose or transfer personal information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, reorganization, or other corporate transaction.
10.9 Affiliates
We may disclose personal information to our affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
10.10 Advertising and Analytics Partners
As described in Section 15.4, we use third-party advertising and analytics technologies (including pixels, tags, and SDKs) on our website and in our App for marketing measurement, conversion attribution, and prospect outreach on third-party platforms. These technologies cause certain online identifiers and interaction data to be transmitted to the providers of those technologies. Under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, Texas, and other state laws, this activity may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “sale,” or “targeted advertising.” You may opt out as described in Section 15.4. We do not disclose your mobile phone number or text-message consent to these partners for their own marketing purposes.
10.11 With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose personal information at your direction or with your consent, including to people you add to a household plan or profile.
11. Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Privacy Preferences
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in
- Remember preferences
- Support core functionality
- Retain your cart or incomplete sign-up so you can resume it
- Measure engagement
- Analyze traffic and performance
- Improve the Services
- Support advertising and marketing-measurement features
You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking some cookies may impact the functionality of the Services.
Where available, you may also manage cookie, analytics, advertising, and privacy preferences through your browser settings, device settings, the consent banner displayed on the Bundled website, or privacy settings made available through your Bundled account. Some features may not function properly if certain technologies are disabled.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- Provide the Services
- Maintain your account
- Fulfill transactions
- Support subscription management
- Operate rewards or referrals
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Prevent fraud
- Enforce our agreements
Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason we hold it. In some cases, we may retain information after account closure where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Certain categories are retained on shorter cycles where practicable. One-time passcodes and verification codes are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the requested action and related security, troubleshooting, and recordkeeping purposes. Records of text-message consent and opt-out are retained for as long as needed to honor your preferences and demonstrate compliance.
We may also de-identify or aggregate information and retain it in that form where permitted by law.
If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information in accordance with applicable law. We may retain certain information after deletion requests to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, complete ongoing transactions, honor opt-out preferences, or preserve legally permitted business records.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, with controls tailored to the sensitivity of the information involved. These measures may include encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, logging and monitoring, vendor management procedures, and internal information-security policies aligned with applicable U.S. data-security frameworks, including the FTC Safeguards Rule where relevant to nonpublic personal information we receive in connection with linked financial accounts.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for helping protect your own account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials made available to you, including credentials for provider accounts we set up on your behalf, and for any activity occurring under them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bundled is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your disclosure of credentials or verification codes, your failure to secure your devices or email and messaging accounts, or your sharing of access outside the permitted use described in our Terms of Use.
14. Your Choices
14.1 Account Information
You may access, update, or correct certain account information through your account settings or by contacting us.
14.2 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages, and out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional or service-related communications, including notices about your account, billing, security, verification, legal terms, subscription changes, privacy rights, and service administration.
14.3 Text Messages
You may manage text-message preferences as described in Section 5.6. Opting out may limit or prevent access to features that depend on one-time passcodes or verification codes.
14.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies
You may control certain cookies through your browser or device settings, the consent banner on the Bundled website, or your Bundled account settings, subject to functionality limitations.
14.5 Linked Financial Accounts
If you connect a financial account through a third-party provider such as Plaid, you may be able to disconnect that connection through Bundled, the provider's portal, or your financial institution, depending on the integration and product used. Disconnecting a linked account may limit Bundled's ability to identify subscriptions, monitor recurring charges, or provide certain features, and may affect related rewards.
14.6 Account Closure
You may request account deletion or closure through the methods we make available. We may retain certain information as required or permitted by law.
14.7 Credentials and Provider Accounts After You Leave
If you stop using the Services, close your account, or move billing away from Bundled, you may need to update login credentials, payment methods, and account settings directly with the relevant providers in order to continue using those services. Access to Bundled-issued usernames, aliases, and payment instruments may be discontinued.
15. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, which may include the right to:
- Know or access certain personal information we collect about you
- Request deletion of certain personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Obtain a copy of certain personal information in a portable format
- Opt out of certain processing activities such as targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, where applicable
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable
- Appeal certain decisions regarding your privacy rights requests, where applicable
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights granted by law.
15.1 Privacy Rights Requests, Verification, Appeals, and Authorized Agents
To exercise available privacy rights, contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below or through the privacy preferences mechanisms available through the Services. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, subject to verification of both your identity and the agent's authority.
If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal that decision under applicable law. To submit an appeal, contact us using the “Contact Us” section and include enough information for us to identify your original request and our response.
15.2 California Notice at Collection / California Privacy Disclosures
If you are a California resident, the categories of personal information we may collect and the purposes for which we use them are described in Sections 2 through 9 of this Privacy Policy. A separate Notice at Collection is presented at or before the point of collection (such as at signup) and is available through the privacy choices link in the footer of our website.
We may disclose the categories of personal information described above to the categories of recipients described in Section 10 for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We retain personal information for the periods described in Section 12.
15.3 Sensitive Personal Information
Sensitive personal information we collect may include: (a) government identifiers (such as date of birth and, where collected, government-issued identification numbers) used for identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance; (b) account credentials, including passwords, one-time passcodes, and other authentication information, used to provide the Services; and (c) financial account information, including account numbers and access credentials or tokens obtained through a financial data provider, used to provide the Services you request. We use this sensitive personal information solely for the purposes set forth in California Code of Regulations Title 11, section 7027(m) (or its successor provisions) and equivalent provisions of other state laws — namely, to perform the Services, ensure security and integrity, prevent fraud, verify identity, and comply with law. Accordingly, the right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information under applicable state law does not apply to our use of this sensitive personal information.
15.4 Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Bundled does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. However, Bundled uses third-party advertising and analytics technologies on its website and in its App — including pixels, tags, and software development kits provided by advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta) — to measure marketing performance, attribute conversions, and reach prospective members through advertising on third-party platforms. These technologies cause certain online identifiers and interaction data to be transmitted to the third-party platforms that operate them. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, Texas, and other states, this activity may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “sale” or “targeted advertising,” in each case as defined by the applicable statute.
You may exercise the right to opt out of this sharing or targeted advertising by using the “Your Privacy Choices” link available in the footer of our website and in your account settings, or by sending a recognized opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control through your browser. Bundled honors GPC and equivalent universal opt-out signals where required by applicable law. Bundled does not knowingly engage in the sale, sharing, or targeted advertising of personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age.
15.5 Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms
To the extent required by applicable law, Bundled will recognize browser-based or device-based universal opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control, for targeted advertising or sale/sharing of personal information where such signals are legally required to be honored and technically supported by our systems.
15.6 Shine the Light
California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any, by contacting us.
15.7 Not a Data Broker
Bundled is not a “data broker” as defined under California Civil Code Section 1798.99.80 or similar laws in other states. We do not knowingly engage in the sale of personal information to third parties with which the consumer does not have a direct relationship.
15.8 Financial Information and Sectoral Laws
Certain information we process may be subject to sectoral laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the FTC Safeguards Rule. Where information is exempt from a state privacy law because it is processed under such a framework, the rights described in this Section 15 may not apply to that information.
16. Children
The Services are intended only for users 18 years of age or older, consistent with our Terms of Use. Bundled does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to Bundled, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
17. U.S.-Only Service; No International Targeting
Bundled is a U.S.-based service offered only to individuals located in and resident in the United States. Personal information is collected and processed in the United States. We do not target the Services at, market the Services to, or knowingly accept users from outside the United States, and Bundled does not intend to subject itself to the privacy or consumer-protection regimes of any jurisdiction outside the United States. If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, you must stop using the Services.
18. No Warranties Regarding Information; Limitations
Information presented through the Services — including service status, savings, tax, pricing, rewards, and account information — is provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or inaccurate, including because it depends on data received from third parties or generated by automated systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting the disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference:
- Bundled makes no representation or warranty that information presented through the Services is accurate, current, or complete;
- Bundled is not liable for any act, omission, data practice, security incident, service change, price change, suspension, or termination by any third-party subscription provider, payment processor, financial data provider, carrier, or messaging platform;
- Bundled is not liable for delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or intercepted communications, including verification codes and security notices;
- Bundled is not liable for losses arising from your disclosure of credentials or verification codes, or from unauthorized access to your email, messaging, device, or provider accounts; and
- Bundled is not liable for tax, accounting, or financial consequences of any figure presented through the Services, which is not tax or financial advice.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any right you have that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
