How points accrue on eligible spend

Points follow your membership tier when each eligible invoice is paid. You earn whole points per $1 of eligible, on-time spend at that tier's rate (marginal rates on eligible spend). Basic earns 1 pt/$1; Silver 2; Gold 3; Platinum 5; Diamond 10. 1 point typically corresponds to of earned promotional value toward redemption (e.g. $0.30 → 30 points).

On-time payments

Points accrue on payments that clear on time (first successful collection attempt, paid by the due date when one applies). Retries or late-paid invoices don't earn points for that bill.

Redeeming value

Earned points can be applied toward your Bundled membership as described in your account—typically reconciled against your bill on a quarterly rhythm. Rules and timing can change; see current disclosures in the app.
