This page lets you exercise the privacy rights available to you under U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and other applicable laws.
1. What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean
Bundled does not sell your personal information for money. However, like most websites, we use third-party advertising and analytics technologies — including the Meta Pixel and similar tools — to measure how well our marketing works and to reach prospective members on other platforms. When these technologies operate, certain online identifiers and information about how you interact with our site are transmitted to the companies that provide them.
Under several state privacy laws, that transmission may be classified as “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as a “sale” or “targeted advertising.” This page is where you tell us to stop.

2.2 Send a Global Privacy Control Signal
If you use a browser or extension that supports the Global Privacy Control (Firefox, Brave, DuckDuckGo, or browser extensions like Privacy Badger), we'll automatically detect that signal and treat you as opted out without you needing to do anything else. 3. Other Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you;
- Access a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- Correct information that is inaccurate;
- Delete your personal information;
- Limit how we use sensitive personal information;
- Appeal if we deny a privacy request; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these other rights, email privacy@gobundled.com with the subject “Privacy Rights Request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also use an authorized agent where state law permits, subject to verification of the agent's authority.
4. Authorized Agents
If you're submitting a request on behalf of someone else, please email privacy@gobundled.com with documentation of your authority (a signed permission, a power of attorney, or another method we may reasonably require under applicable state law). We may also need to verify the consumer's identity directly.
5. Children's Data
Bundled is intended only for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly engage in the sale, sharing, or targeted advertising of personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at privacy@gobundled.com.
