Question 1

Can I switch to a different bundle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in many cases you can switch bundles through Bundled. A change in bundle may change prices, included services, billing dates, and eligibility for certain rewards or features.

Question 2

How do Add-Ons work?

Accepted Answer

Add-Ons are services or other features you can add atop your Base Bundle, if available. They must have a separate billing charge, separate start dates, different promotional, and/or different promotional terms from your Base Bundle. Your dashboard will show the current setup for your account.

Question 3

How do upgrades work?

Accepted Answer

Upgrades apply to more tiers for an individual service, adding features, or upgrading plans depending on what Bundled offers available. An upgrade may connect you to a free trial or invite you to the next tier for a point and some services may have their own additional upgrade processes.

Question 4

Can I upgrade plans directly with the provider?

Accepted Answer

No. Do not change plan, tiers, partners, add-ons, or other subscription options with a provider directly. Any Bundled-managed service remains Bundled-only. You must wait for an official Bundled release and update within your Bundled settings or contact support for help.

Question 5

Can I add more services to my bundle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from time to time, you can add services through Add-Ons or bundle updates. Add-Ons are fixed as you have managed them in your profile.

Question 6

Can I transfer my bundle services to another account?

Accepted Answer

No. Bundled-issued services are tied to your Bundled membership and cannot be transferred to another account. Some services allow you to link an existing account, but the Bundled management remains with the original account.

Question 7

What happens if I wish to add a service that isn't included in the bundle?

Accepted Answer

If you wish to add a service not currently included in your bundle, you can check if it's available as an Add-On in your dashboard or check if another bundle includes that service. You should only add a service through Bundled. Your service status will be tracked so it is informed when you join a service at the time of renewal.

Question 8

Can I get just one discounted subscription from Bundled?

Accepted Answer

No. Bundled is a membership service that offers a collection of managed services. Individual offers for a single service are not available through Bundled. If you only want one discounted subscription from Bundled, that does not mean you are still discounted and that service is only available within the membership service.

Question 9

Does Bundled offer free trials?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in some cases. A free trial from a service may be offered with your membership, but is generally restricted to account use that is tied to a specific provider and service account within your bundle. If provided, such a trial will be noted in your account. Some providers separate billing for certain device or add-on use, and that is still in effect.

Question 10

How do I access the services in my bundle?

Accepted Answer

Use the Bundled-issued username and password to sign in to your individual services. There is no single sign-in to help keep your personal information separate from the services in your bundle. Always make sure you are signing in to the correct account and not a separate legacy account you created directly with the provider.

Question 11

What does Bundled charge?

Accepted Answer

Bundled is a membership that helps you save on individual services you actually want to keep. We manage eligible services for you, combining them into a single membership experience, and aim to give you a better value than paying for those services separately.

Question 12

How does Bundled bill me?

Accepted Answer

You pay Bundled a single consolidated membership charge based on your Base Bundle and any Add-Ons on your regular billing cycle. Bundled uses its own payment relationship with providers to pay for Bundled-managed services on your behalf, so you are not separately billed by each provider through Bundled for those managed services.

Question 13

How does Bundled handle payments for the services in my bundle?

Accepted Answer

You pay Bundled a single consolidated membership charge based on your membership, and any available add-ons. Bundled then uses its own bundled payment accounts to pay the individual providers on your behalf. Your payment account is generally not provided directly to each provider through Bundled.

Question 14

What happens if my Bundled payment fails or is declined?

Accepted Answer

If a bill or payment declines, your Bundled membership and access to Bundled-managed services will be paused until the bill is paid. Your services might show errors or deactivations. Payment needs are managed from your dashboard, and you are responsible for any fees from your payment processor.

Question 15

Can I keep the provider account(s) if I cancel Bundled?

Accepted Answer

In some cases, yes. Bundled helps you manage and pay for the services, but the relationship is between you and the provider. If you cancel, you may have to establish a new payment method with each provider directly to continue service. Contact each provider directly to learn what your options are.

Question 16

Can I transfer some of the services in my Base Bundle?

Accepted Answer

Managed services in a Base Bundle are a set package. To change one, you may need a different bundle or an Add-On. Moving a service from a Base Bundle requires a new bundle or bundle update. Contact support for help with managed services.

Question 17

If I change my login, billing, or plan settings directly with a provider, what happens?

Accepted Answer

Settings like email, logins, billing, or plan status must be managed through the Bundled dashboard. Changes made directly with a provider can lead to service interruption, account syncing issues, de-syncing, or your account becoming unusable with Bundled. Some providers may treat manual account changes as suspicious or fraudulent activity, which can create billing problems or trigger membership and account changes.

Question 18

How quickly does Bundled sync account changes?

Accepted Answer

Bundled syncs account changes as quickly as possible, but timing can depend on each provider's systems, policies, and how long their login or billing tools take to update. Make changes from your Bundled dashboard first. If a provider cannot complete a change you need, contact Bundled Support so we can help coordinate the update.

Question 19

What is Bundled?

Accepted Answer

Bundled is a membership that helps you save on individual services you actually want to keep. We manage eligible services for you, combining them into a single membership experience, and aim to give you a better value than paying for those services separately.

Question 20

How does Bundled work?

Accepted Answer

You choose a Base Bundle, add-ons, and we set up and manage the individual services for you. Bundled handles the membership billing, gives you one place to manage services, and signs you up for eligible subscription services based on your settings.

Question 21

What are managed services?

Accepted Answer

Managed services are subscription services that Bundled helps you set up and maintain as part of your bundle. This may include activation, plan and feature changes, billing maintenance, and in some cases, provisioning, cancelling, re-activating, or accepting other changes on your behalf or instructions.

Question 22

Does Bundled offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No. Bundled does not offer refunds on any part of your membership or services handled through Bundled as providers do not issue them. If you cancel or deactivate a credit, discount, or refund for a service feature, that does not create a refund for your account with Bundled.

Question 23

What is Bundled, beyond the value of the services in my bundle?

Accepted Answer

Beyond access to the individual services, Bundled saves you time and effort by managing the accounts for those services. This can include service setup, billing, and updates. We aim to keep your bundled services running smoothly, and we handle the billing and payment to each provider through your account.

Question 24

Does Bundled have permission to visit all of the services in its bundles?

Accepted Answer

No. Bundled doesn't have permissions or control over all services in a bundle. We act as a mediator for your sign-up, your billing, and management of the services, but the individual provider still governs your access and use of that service. These differences are out of Bundled's control.

Question 25

Do I have a direct relationship with each service provider?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each service in your bundle is still governed by that provider's terms and conditions, policies, center codes, device limits, and management rules. Bundled simplifies the billing for you, but your use of each service is still subject to the provider's terms and conditions in addition to our own.

Question 26

Do I need to cancel my old subscriptions directly with the providers?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. If you already have a subscription to a service, you should cancel it with the provider before joining a Bundled bundle. Bundled cannot cancel old subscriptions you have created directly with providers. Unless indicated otherwise, Bundled will not cancel old subscriptions for you.

Question 27

What is a Base Bundle?

Accepted Answer

Your Base Bundle is the core package of services tied to your membership tier. It is the base of your membership and is billed as a single membership agreement. Because the pricing depends on their package, managing bundles, individuals, and add-ons can vary. The Base Bundle usually cannot be reduced or changed except through changing your membership level.

Question 28

What happens if providers take their offers or change their plans?

Accepted Answer

Provider-side pricing, features, and plans can change at any time. If that affects a service in your bundle, Bundled will replace, update, or change that service, or updated features as necessary, or change our bundle as necessary, subject to availability and your bundle status.

Question 29

What is the difference between a Base Bundle and an Add-On?

Accepted Answer

Your Base Bundle is the core package of services tied to your membership tier. Add-Ons are additional services, tiers, or upgrades you can add to a Base Bundle. Add-Ons generally are managed separately, while changes in your Base Bundle will always require a membership tier change.

Question 30

Can I have my own subscriptions through Bundled?

Accepted Answer

Bundled managed services are designed for membership bundles and are not personal accounts, but give you access to a single discounted bundle. You may have your own separate subscriptions outside of Bundled, but Bundled cannot manage those, and it does not change the core membership structure unless specified via a legacy account.

Question 31

Can I move my existing subscriptions into Bundled?

Accepted Answer

In some cases, but not automatically. You may need to cancel your existing subscription and then sign up through Bundled for you to get the discounted membership. If you already subscribe directly with a provider, you should contact our support and the individual subscription will remain separate from your Bundled managed subscription until Bundled can confirm they have a link done.

Question 32

How can I find out if Bundled works in the U.S.?

Accepted Answer

Bundled is currently available in the U.S. Availability of specific services may vary by location, and some Bundled-managed service offers may only be available in certain geographic regions in the U.S. Check your profile or contact Bundled support for more info.

Question 33

Why does Bundled assign me a unique username or email?

Accepted Answer

Bundled assigns a unique username or email address for security, management, and privacy reasons to each membership. It also helps with account service, verification support, and simple sign-in convenience across multiple services.

Question 34

Can I use my Bundled username and login to sign in to the bundled website or dashboard?

Accepted Answer

No. Your Bundled-issued username is for use with your services only, and not for signing into your Bundled dashboard. Use your normal Bundled account login for the dashboard or our Bundled website instead.

Question 35

Can I access the Bundled-issued email account directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your Bundled-issued email address is a fully functional email account for administration, account verification, and service communication. You can sign into this email account separately.

Question 36

Can I change my Bundled-issued username or email address later?

Accepted Answer

No. Once a Bundled-issued username or email address is assigned, it cannot be changed unless there is a change through the Bundled account, such as a change in plan, tiers, partners, add-ons, billing dates, or other subscription options.

Question 37

Can I change the password for the services in my bundle?

Accepted Answer

In some cases you can change the password for individual services through that service's login or profile tools, but check the Bundled dashboard first. Some services may require you to use the Bundled-issued password, and changing it could break Bundled's management of that service account.

Question 38

Do I have a unique account for each service in my bundle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bundled helps you set up a unique account for each membership and Bundled-issued account, so that each provider has your details and you have a unique user experience.

Question 39

Can I use my existing provider login instead of the Bundled-issued login?

Accepted Answer

No. Unless the Bundled-issued username is linked to your account, Bundled cannot manage the services. Use the Bundled-issued credentials for administration and billing support. You may use separate logins for other services as long as the Bundled-issued username is linked to the primary account.

Question 40

What is the LevelUp Rewards program?

Accepted Answer

LevelUp Rewards is Bundled's member rewards program. Bundled may award points, credits, status, perks, or similar benefits based on eligible activity, account behavior, promotions, referrals, and other criteria set by Bundled.

Question 41

How are LevelUp Rewards calculated?

Accepted Answer

On eligible, on-time membership payments, you earn whole points per dollar based on your membership tier when each invoice clears: Basic 1 pt/$1, Silver 2, Gold 3, Platinum 5, Diamond 10. Late or retried payments may not earn points but can still count toward lifetime spend for tier progression. Bundled may change rates, exclusions, or timing; see your account and program terms.

Question 42

Do Bundled rewards have cash value?

Accepted Answer

No. Unless Bundled explicitly states otherwise, rewards, points, credits, and perks from Bundled have no cash value. They are not credits, your account, or available for cash exchange or transfer, unless explicitly stated as such.

Question 43

Can Bundled change the value of rewards or the rules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bundled may change membership programs, participation, requirements, redemption options, and rules at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, as applicable.

Question 44

Can I lose rewards, points, or tier status?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bundled may void rewards, points, or status if your account is not in good standing, shows reduced activity, or has other issues. If payment fails, your account will not be in good standing, and your level or status might be reset or removed. Levels are reset every 12 months, or as Bundled indicates via email.

Question 45

Why are on-time payments important?

Accepted Answer

Bundled rewards members for being a good member, and on-time payments are a key factor for LevelUP points: eligible invoices paid on time earn at your tier’s points-per-dollar rate (Basic 1 through Diamond 10). Consistent on-time payments also support positive member status, tier progression, bonus campaigns, and in some cases a lower bill.

Question 46

Does Bundled offer a referral program?

Accepted Answer

Bundled may offer a referral program from time to time. Eligibility, benefits, timing, and restrictions may vary by campaign and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Question 47

Do delayed or failed payments affect my rewards activity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delayed, failed, or frequently late payments can reduce or block rewards activity, such as your ability to earn points, rewards, or tier status. In some cases, your level or status could be reset. On-time payments ensure your account remains in good standing.

Question 48

What can I earn through the Bundled referral program?

Accepted Answer

Referral rewards may include points, credits, service upgrades, or other incentives. Referral rewards can change per promotion, have an active status, be tied to specific conditions, expire, or other promotional terms. Referral rewards are subject to change depending on your campaign.

Question 49

Can Bundled reverse referral rewards or benefits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bundled may delay, withhold, reverse, or forfeit referral rewards or benefits if the qualifying conditions are not met, a partner is removed, the account is not in good standing, or Bundled identifies suspicious activity, fraud, self-referral, duplication, manipulation, or other gaming behavior.

Question 50

Why can't I sign in to my service?

Accepted Answer

The most common issue is that the Bundled-issued username and password were incorrectly typed. Check to ensure that all letters are entered correctly, including capitalization and zeros. Also make sure you are using the personal email tied to your account as your Bundled login.

Question 51

I am not able to log into any of my services. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

First, confirm you are using the exact Bundled-issued username and the correct password. Ensure usernames are fully formed out of any provider account details. If that doesn't work, visit the Bundled help section to contact Bundled Support before contacting individual accounts or individual providers.

Question 52

When I try to sign in, the service asks me to create a new account. Why?

Accepted Answer

Make sure you are using the Bundled-issued username and password and that you are signing in to the correct service account carefully and correctly. You should be using an existing account, not a new account sign-up. If the problem persists, contact Bundled Support instead of creating a new account.

Question 53

A service says my account credentials are incorrect. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

First, ensure you are using the exact Bundled-issued username and password. Double-check any letters that could be similar. Confirm you are using the Bundled-issued username exactly as provided and check your account details for any errors. If that doesn't work, contact Bundled Support for assistance before contacting any services directly with the provider.

Question 54

I am not receiving verification codes from services in my bundle. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Use the Bundled-issued email account provided and check other email accounts you have set up with the provider. If codes are still not received, contact Bundled Support. Avoid requesting many codes in a short period of time, as that could flag the account as suspicious.

Question 55

Why am I restricted from services in my bundle?

Accepted Answer

Some services in your bundle may have separate management or terms of service. Changing a process for these services within the provider side can lead to service deactivations or administrator blocks. Use Bundled tools to manage services instead of the service's internal settings.

Question 56

What should I do if a provider asks me to update payment information directly?

Accepted Answer

Do not add or change payment details directly with the provider for a Bundled-managed service as this will likely result in a double bill. Billing for Bundled-managed services should only be updated through your Bundled dashboard profile. All other payment for bundling stays separate.

Question 57

How can I contact Bundled support?

Accepted Answer

Use the support system shown in your Bundled dashboard or the support section found in the Bundled footer. When you reach out, include a short description and the exact Bundled-issued username if support calls for it.
