As we grow, Bundled may include optional ways for members to connect — forums, affinity groups, recommendations, profile features, and discussion spaces. These guidelines explain what we expect from anyone who uses those features, so they stay useful, respectful, and safe.
The basics
If you only read one thing, read this:
- Be kind. Treat other members the way you'd want to be treated.
- Stay on topic. Communities work when contributions are useful and relevant.
- Don't share private information. Yours or anyone else's.
- No spam, scams, or harassment. Period.
- If you see something off, tell us. We'll look into it.
The rest of this page gets specific about each of those, plus the edge cases we've had to think through.
1. Communities are optional
You don't have to join any community to use Bundled. Our core membership — savings, subscription management, rewards — works without ever touching a community feature.
When communities are available, you choose whether to join, leave, or change how you participate. We may recommend communities based on your interests, household, location, or account activity, but joining is your decision unless we say otherwise.
2. What's public, what's private
We'll be clear about what's visible to you only, what's visible to a specific community, and what's visible across Bundled. When in doubt, assume that anything you post in a community can be seen by every member of that community.
Don't post anything you wouldn't want a stranger to see. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information, financial details, account credentials, home addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, or anything confidential — yours or anyone else's.
Profile photos are meant to personalize your own Bundled experience. They are not public unless we explicitly introduce a feature that makes them so and give you control over the setting.
3. Be respectful
Communities should feel welcoming. Treat other members with courtesy, even when you disagree.
Honest disagreement is fine. Personal attacks, mockery, shaming, threats, and intentional provocation are not.
4. No harassment, bullying, or hate
We don't allow harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, threats, or repeated unwanted contact.
We also don't allow hateful or discriminatory conduct directed at people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, marital status, family status, or other protected or personal characteristics.
Examples of what's not allowed:
- Threatening or encouraging harm.
- Repeatedly targeting someone after they've asked you to stop.
- Coordinated attacks or pile-ons.
- Mocking someone's financial situation, household, job, identity, or personal choices.
- Slurs, dehumanizing language, or targeted abuse.
- Encouraging others to harass a person or group.
5. Keep content appropriate
Everything you share on Bundled — posts, comments, messages, profile photos, usernames, bios, community names, links — needs to be appropriate for a general member audience.
Don't share content that is:
- Sexually explicit or pornographic.
- Graphic, violent, or disturbing.
- Abusive, obscene, or intentionally offensive.
- Hateful or discriminatory.
- Exploitative or predatory.
- Designed to shock, harass, or intimidate.
6. Child safety
Bundled may serve households and families. Any content involving minors must be appropriate, lawful, and respectful.
Do not post or share content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, bullies, or reveals private information about minors. Do not attempt to contact minors inappropriately or encourage unsafe behavior. We may remove content and act on accounts immediately if child safety is at risk.
7. Privacy — yours and other people's
Don't share private information about yourself or anyone else without consent. That includes:
- Home addresses, phone numbers, or private emails.
- Account credentials or payment information.
- Government IDs.
- Private messages or screenshots that reveal them.
- Personal photos shared without permission.
- Information about someone's family, children, employer, health, finances, or location without their consent.
Don't doxx anyone or encourage others to reveal private information.
8. Be yourself
Don't pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity, role, or relationship with Bundled.
No impersonating other members, Bundled employees, partners, public figures, or organizations. No fake accounts, misleading profiles, or deceptive usernames.
9. No spam, scams, or manipulation
Don't use Bundled to:
- Promote scams or suspicious offers.
- Ask members for passwords, payment info, or account access.
- Send repetitive or unwanted promotional messages.
- Post misleading links.
- Artificially manipulate discussions, votes, reactions, reviews, or recommendations.
- Create fake engagement.
- Solicit members for outside commercial purposes.
Referral links, affiliate links, recruiting, surveys, fundraising, and sales posts may be restricted or removed unless we've set up a designated space for them.
10. Keep communities relevant
Communities work best when members stay on topic and contribute in good faith. Avoid repetitive posting, trolling, derailing conversations, or inflammatory comments designed mainly to provoke.
Individual communities may have their own rules — a Family Savings community will look different from a Streaming Recommendations one. When community-specific rules exist, they apply alongside these platform-wide guidelines. If something conflicts, Bundled decides.
11. Nothing illegal
Don't use Bundled to promote, coordinate, or engage in illegal activity. That includes:
- Fraud or identity theft.
- Unauthorized account access.
- Piracy or credential sharing that violates applicable terms.
- Sale or transfer of illegal goods or services.
- Threats or incitement of violence.
- Exploitation or abuse.
- Attempts to evade laws, platform rules, or partner terms.
12. Respect our partners
Bundled works with subscription providers, brands, employers, and other partners. You're welcome to share genuine opinions and experiences about them, but content must be honest, respectful, and lawful.
Don't post false claims, confidential partner information, unauthorized promo codes, stolen credentials, methods to bypass payment, or instructions for violating another service's terms. Reviews and complaints should be based on real experiences.
13. Respect intellectual property
Only share content you own, created, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to share. Don't post copyrighted images, videos, articles, logos, music, screenshots, or documents in ways that violate someone else's rights. We may remove content that appears to infringe.
14. Don't break our systems
Don't upload, link to, or distribute malware, viruses, scraping tools, bots, credential-harvesting pages, or anything designed to interfere with Bundled, our members, our partners, or our infrastructure. Don't try to bypass access controls, moderation, privacy settings, community eligibility rules, payment systems, or security protections.
15. Your profile
Your username, display name, photo, and bio should be appropriate, respectful, and not misleading. They may not include:
- Explicit, graphic, hateful, or abusive content.
- Impersonation of another person or company.
- Private information about yourself or others.
- Offensive slurs or symbols.
- Spam, scams, or promotional links.
We may remove or restrict profile content that violates these rules.
16. Reporting concerns
If you see something that looks unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, misleading, or against these guidelines, tell us. You can use in-product reporting tools where available, or email support@gobundled.com.
For urgent safety concerns — threats, child safety, or imminent harm — email security@gobundled.com. We review reports and act at our discretion. Not every report results in removal or account action, but reports help us keep the platform safe.
17. How we enforce
When something violates these guidelines, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, community-specific rules, partner requirements, or the spirit of keeping Bundled safe, we may:
- Remove or limit visibility of content.
- Issue a warning.
- Restrict posting, commenting, or messaging.
- Remove a member from a community.
- Suspend or terminate community access.
- Suspend or terminate the Bundled account.
- Report unlawful or dangerous activity to authorities.
Severe violations can result in immediate action without prior warning.
18. If we got it wrong
If your content or account was restricted and you think it's a mistake, email support@gobundled.com with the subject line “Moderation Appeal” and we'll review.
Appeals aren't available for every decision, and our final decisions are at our discretion. As Bundled grows, our moderation approach may evolve, and we'll update these guidelines accordingly.
19. Member content is the member's
Content posted by members reflects the views of that individual member and does not necessarily represent Bundled's views. We aren't responsible for member-generated content, but we may act on content that's reported, detected, or found to violate these guidelines.
20. Updates to these guidelines
We may update these guidelines as Bundled grows, as we add new features, as we work with new partners, or as we identify new safety needs. Continued use of community or profile features after updates means you agree to follow the updated version.
