LevelUP Rewards do not expire as long as you maintain an active Bundled membership. They may expire if you cancel your membership or violate membership terms.
You progress through tiers in two ways:
Spending Threshold: Reach specific spending milestones (e.g., $200for Gold).
Membership Tenure: Maintain your Bundled membership for a certain duration (e.g., 6 months for Gold).

We understand this is new and can be confusing. Please check the following:
1) You are using the bundled issued username (email) and password to log in. These were sent to you in the welcome and activation confirmation emails. Ideally, copy and paste the username and password from your welcome email to ensure you are entering it correctly the first time.
2) You are not logged into the service you are trying to access with an older log in you had with this service. This is one of the most common reasons people cannot access their services.
3) Try to log in from a different device or in the private mode in your browser to check if you are still facing issues.
4) Request a password reset at each of the services and follow the instructions you receive in the email.

That's your universal login for all services in your bundle. Use it to access the individual apps or websites of your bundled services. NEVER change the username, but you can update the password.
You received a welcome email with your unique Bundled username (email address) and password. Use these credentials to log into the individual apps or websites of the services in your bundle. The Bundled issued username (email) is your single log-in across all the services in your bundle
Check if you're logged in with your old subscription credentials. Sometimes devices automatically log you in. Log out and back in using your Bundled-issued login details.
The Bundled username is permanent and critical for your subscription discounts. It ensures you can seamlessly access all services in your bundle. Please do not change the issued username to maintain your bundle integrity. Changing the username immediately cancels all bundled discounts and results in your account being suspended. However, you can update your password if you prefer to do so

Since Disney+ and Hulu are part of the Walt Disney Company, their accounts are connected. You may need to log into Disney+, go to "Accounts", and activate Hulu from there. Your Hulu account should be live but might require activation through Disney+.
The Bundled-issued email helps in three ways:
1) Privacy: Protects your personal email from spam and data collection by service providers.
2) Ease of Access: Provides a single login for all your bundled services.
3) Activation: Helps us easily activate your services, even if you have existing accounts with your personal email.
Make sure you're using your Bundled-issued login and password. Since Disney+ and Hulu are both part of the Walt Disney Company, any password changes with either service affects both services.
Bundled may issue a violation email and potentially suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate the Terms of Service. This includes changing your Bundled-issued email, modifying subscriptions directly with providers, etc.

No. Your registered email with Bundled is your ticket to the dashboard. Keep those two separate for maximum organization! The username we send to you is for accessing all the services in your bundle. Typically, your username will be yourname@gobundled.com
No. The Bundled-issued email is an alias, not a functional email account. However, all emails sent to your assigned email ID are auto forwarded to you to ensure you can update your passwords across the services in your bundle, get access across devices, set profiles etc.

Yes, but it will affect your overall bundled discount. You'll be charged the prevailing market prices for the remaining services.
Yes, you retain the individual service accounts after canceling Bundled. However, you'll need to update the payment method directly with each service provider.
Refunds are pro-rated and subject to our Terms and Conditions. Cancellations initiated by Bundled due to T&C violations are not eligible for a refund.
You get billed once a month for the Bundle you chose on your provided payment method. None of the providers in your Bundle bill you separately.
We take care of everything behind the scenes, so you can focus on enjoying your subscriptions! Just one monthly payment from you, and we'll handle the rest.
If you are subscribed to a service through Bundled, cancellation for the service is literally one-click. You log into the Bundled dashboard, go to the add-on you wish to cancel, click cancel and...that's it.

No. All upgrades and plan changes must be made through your Bundled dashboard to maintain your bundled discount.
Yes. If you're on a with-ads plan, you can upgrade individual services to ad-free through your Bundled dashboard. Your total bundled price will still be lower than market prices.
Once you become a Bundled member you can select add-ons, all of which are always offered at discounted prices. You cannot get an individual subscription without subscribing to a base bundle.
No. You need to be subscribed to a bundle and we do not offer individual subscriptions to non-members. Once you are a Bundled member and have an active bundle, you can buy individual add-ons to add to your bundle.
Yes, Bundled offers risk-free trials for many of the subscriptions included in our bundles. We'll automatically block any charges at the end of the trial period if you don't explicitly choose to keep the subscription. Its risk-free because you do not get billed without your explicit consent near the end of the trial.
Risk-free trials allow you to try out a subscription service for a limited time. Bundled offers risk-free trials for select services within our bundles. These trials will only turn into paid subscriptions if you explicitly choose to continue them. We reach out near the end of the trial period to check if you wish to continue with the trial turning into a paid subscription. If you don't take any action, the trial will automatically end, and you won't be charged.
We offer extended trial periods for select services within our bundles. These special offers let you try a subscription for significantly longer than the standard trial, giving you more time to decide if it's right for you.
General Information about Bundled and how it works.
Bundled is a service that lets you combine your favorite streaming services and subscriptions into a single monthly bundle and save between 30-50%. By combining your services, you pay much lesser than what you would have paid by subscribing to each of the streaming services in your bundle individually. Bundled acts as a payments enabler and single login provider for you at these services.

Once you are a Member, you can add discounted add-on subscriptions to your bundle, start earning rewards, get risk-free and extended trials, a dedicated membership manager, and lots more.
Bundled doesn't limit how you access your bundled services. This depends entirely on the individual service providers and the plans included in your bundle.

Some of the plans you may subscribe to (e.g., with-Ads plans from streaming services) require your date of birth at sign-up to ensure you are being presented age-appropriate ad content. Bundled never sells your data to advertisers.

Unfortunately, no. Bundled issues completely new accounts, so you'll need to set up your profiles within each service.
The Bundled Price Guarantee is a promise that we will always be the lowest price Bundle that you can get on the market for the specific combination of services in your base Bundle.
Base Bundles are our curated Bundles of the most popular combinations of subscriptions and streaming services. These can be a mix of only streaming services, streaming and TV, and streaming and music services. Any base bundle will save you at least 30% of your monthly bills. You need to be subscribed to a base bundle to be a member.
Yes. Every service in your bundle, as well as your overall bundle, has a unique account assigned to you. If you share your account credentials, make sure you are complying with the terms of the individual service providers in your bundle.
No. Bundled is currently limited to US residents only, as some of the included services are US-specific.
No. We cannot transfer any of your existing subscriptions to Bundled (yet).
Our Bundled Price Guarantee protects your bundle price for the first 12 months of your membership even if the individual providers within your service increase their prices. Beyond that, individual subscription prices within a bundle may change, but we always strive to offer the most competitive bundles on the market.
Yes, you can change your base bundle at any time. Any add-ons purchased will remain active and continue to be billed as before.
We currently do not offer family plans.
You will receive a welcome eMail with your master username and temporary password within minutes of signing up. It will be followed by an activation confirmation email within a few hours. If you haven't received your login details or your activation confirmation within 4 hours of signing up, please write to us at support@gobundled.com
While there's no official referral program with direct incentives, referring friends and family helps increase our collective bargaining power as a member-driven business. This leads to even better discounts for everyone!

1) For where we have direct partnerships, we negotiate rates with streaming and subscription service providers and pass the savings on to you. It's the power of collective bargaining.
2) For where we don't have partnerships, we leverage interchange (card fees charged to merchants) to fund discounts
Bundled Flash Sales are member-only sales on add-on services where members can subscribe to add-ons for 30-50% lower than prevailing market prices. You need to be subscribed to a base bundle to access Bundled's flash sales.
